1. Hardware Products
- Hardware items are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Once the product has been opened, used, or damaged, it will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
2. Software Products
- All software purchases (digital downloads, licenses, subscriptions, or activation keys) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once purchased, software is considered consumed and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Consultation and Professional Services
- All consulting, development, or implementation services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
- Service fees are considered consumed upon engagement.
4. Monthly Recurring Services (Subscriptions)
- For subscription-based or recurring monthly services, the current billing month will be considered non-refundable.
- To discontinue a recurring service, a minimum of one (1) month written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle.
