About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Digital Monetization Advisor to help us build, optimize, and scale our social media revenue streams. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital platforms deeply, stays updated with social trends, and knows how to turn engagement into income.
You will develop monetization strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms — guiding the team to grow audiences, strengthen brand presence, and increase digital revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective social media monetization strategies across multiple platforms.
- Guide content creation direction for higher engagement, reach, and revenue opportunities.
- Identify platform-specific income opportunities (ads, reels, stars, subscriptions, affiliate, brand partnership).
- Analyze insights, audience behavior, and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
- Optimize pages & channels for maximum retention, reach, and monetization eligibility.
- Advise on content trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Work closely with content creators, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Create monthly monetization reports and improvement plans.
- Suggest new tools, formats, and monetization pathways.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement mechanics & content strategy.
- Proven experience in social media monetization, digital marketing, or creator economy.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of current social trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Experience with Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, TikTok Insights, or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked with influencers, content creators, brands, or digital agencies.
- Experience in revenue optimization, content strategy, or online brand growth.
- Basic knowledge of editing tools, ad platforms, or community management.
